STEM CELL TREATMENT FOR THE HEART

Heart disease is a widespread cause of disability and death in our society.

There are certain conditions in which neither medications nor surgery seems to help. These patients develop congestive heart failure because their pump isn't generating enough thrust to push enough blood to the body. This problem results in patients who are often very ill and hopeless. They suffer from shortness of breath, swelling, and overall weakness. Often, this condition is fatal.

We are delivering systemic autologous stem cells and stromal fractional gradient (the juice around these cells) to these patients in hopes that these cells can aid in the regeneration and rejuvenation of the heart muscle. Doing so would allow them to have stronger pumping of their blood and hopefully fewer symptoms.

As with all of our protocols, our patients will be enrolled in our investigational study to help determine the effectiveness of this still experimental treatment modality.
